Will Lauren lose another best friend? On MTV's The Hills, Lauren Conrad has already lost her best friend Heidi, but now she may also lose Whitney. Lauren and Whitney both worked in LA together at Teen Vogue, and then later at People's Revolution. Now Whitney is off to New York City to pursue bigger opportunities. With this, she is creating a Spin-off from The Hills called The City, which will appear on MTV in 2009. Whitney plans to work for fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg, who she describes as the "a dream to work for". The show will also feature, new friends, romances, and drama.
